Chocolate Protein Balls

Method

  1. Using a small bowl mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt. Stir well to combine.

  2. Add cocoa powder and protein powder to the bowl and mix well to ensure all powder substance is combined within the wet ingredients. Stir through coconut.

  3. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a lined small baking tray. Place tray into freezer for 45mins-1 hour until balls are firm. Meanwhile, make topping (if required).

  4. For topping, melt 200grams of 70-90% dark chocolate and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Drizzle chocolate mixture over the firmed chocolate balls, and place back in the freezer to get set the chocolate on top.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and remove when ready to eat!
